Warranty Coverage – Lifetime
We stand firmly behind the engineering and restorative power of the Tryerox system.
If your Tryerox device ever develops a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, you are covered for life. Our definition of "normal use" includes utilizing the device for its intended pelvic strengthening and hormonal optimization purposes as outlined in our technical specifications and user manuals.
Whether you are using it in your office chair, your car, or on a flight, we provide a lifetime of protection so you can focus on results.
Exclusions from Warranty
To maintain the integrity of our hardware, the warranty does not apply to damage resulting from usage outside of our provided instructions. Specifically, the following "Warranty Exclusions" are not covered:

Unauthorized Powering: Damage resulting from the use of third-party charging components that do not meet Tryerox power specifications.

Accidental Damage: Harm caused by fire, liquid submersion, abuse, or other external environmental causes.

Modifications: Any device that has been opened or modified without express written permission from Tryerox.
Obtaining Warranty Service
If you experience a technical issue with your device’s EMS delivery or structural integrity, please reach out to our support team at support@tryerox.com.
Please include your order number and a detailed description (or photo/video) of the defect. Our team will guide you through a quick diagnostic process to determine the best course of action for your hardware.
Remedies in Case of Warranty
If a defect is confirmed, Tryerox will provide one of the following solutions:

Repair: We will restore your device using genuine parts tested to meet our high-performance standards.

Replacement: We will send you a brand-new Tryerox device of the same model. With your consent, we may provide a model of a different color or a newer version with substantially similar features.

Alternative Exchange: If your specific model is no longer in production, we will replace it with a product of equivalent value.

Refund: In specific cases, we may offer a full refund of your original purchase price.
This warranty is a Limited Warranty as defined under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Warranty Coverage - Standard

If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during normal use in the first 60 days from the original retail date, we will take care of it.
